DHWI is the Baylor Scott and White Diabetes Health and Wellness Institute (DHWI) at the Juanita J. Craft Recreation Center, 4500 Spring Ave., Dallas, TX 75210.
TAMU is Texas A&M University (TAMU), Emerging Technologies Building Room 4056 College Station, TX 77843.
We are looking for stakeholders (patients, providers, educators, faith-based organizations) to participate in these meetings. Participation can be on a bi-weekly or monthly basis.
